Return & Refund Policy

At PURE ITALLIAN GOLD, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes

  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at canvas@neuxp.com with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

  • Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • Return Shipment: If your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.​

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.  Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us viaour email. 

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at canvas@neuxp.com with details and photos of the issue. 

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at canvas@neuxp.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping costs.
